OUR ROOTS
Our agricultural identity, cultivated since 1997
Even before being a product line, the Aloe line is part of our identity.
It was born from cultivation in Sicily and knowledge developed over the years, with a particular focus on Aloe Arborescens.
Alongside it, the presence of Aloe Vera has expanded the line while keeping the raw material and the consistency of our approach at its core.

The values of the line
The Aloe line represents the most distinctive part of Vonderweid's history.
We have been cultivating Aloe in Sicily since 1997, building over the years one of the largest open-air cultivations of Aloe Arborescens and Aloe Vera in Italy, and one of the most important in Europe, with approximately 50,000 plants.
It is a line that places the direct connection with the plant, the raw material, and the continuity of our agricultural identity at the center.
-
The key elements
At the heart of the line are Aloe Arborescens and Aloe Vera, two varieties central to our history.
Aloe Arborescens, rarer and more concentrated, represents the line’s most distinctive and premium component, together with Aloe Vera, equally central in terms of recognition and importance, completing the range.
Both are valued for their natural content of polysaccharides, acemannan, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and other compounds found in the inner gel of the leaf.
