Hereinafter also referred to as “Laboratori Vonderweid” or the “Seller”.
2. Scope of application
The website is primarily intended for online sales to private consumers.
Companies, professionals or resellers may nevertheless also make purchases through the standard e-commerce site, under the terms and at the prices published on the website.
Professional customers intending to purchase products for resale purposes may contact Laboratori Vonderweid directly to request dedicated commercial terms, specific quantities and reserved prices, normally more favorable than the retail prices published online.
The sections dedicated to resellers and professional operators, including the catalogue browsing, quotation request and point-of-sale search functions, are intended for informational and commercial purposes.
Any terms agreed directly with professional customers or resellers shall be governed separately from purchases made through the standard checkout.
The provisions of these Terms expressly intended to protect consumers shall apply exclusively to persons qualifying as such under applicable law.

Laboratori Vonderweid markets food supplements, cosmetics, plant-based products and other items belonging to its range.
The main characteristics of the products, quantities, instructions for use and other relevant information are indicated on the relevant product pages and on the packaging.
Laboratori Vonderweid pays particular attention to the accuracy and updating of the information available on the website. However, packaging, labels and graphics may be updated over time, including for regulatory, production or commercial reasons.
For short periods, the image published online may therefore differ from the packaging actually delivered, without this entailing any substantial change to the nature, quantity or essential characteristics of the product.
The information shown on the label of the product actually delivered shall remain the reference for its proper use.
4. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of the order.
Before completing the purchase, the customer may check:

6. Placing the order
Before submitting the order, the customer may check the selected products, their price, any discounts, additional charges, delivery details and the total amount due.
After submitting the order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation communication at the indicated e-mail address.
Laboratori Vonderweid normally processes orders correctly received, unless circumstances arise that prevent or make their execution irregular.
7. Refusal or cancellation of the order
Laboratori Vonderweid may fully or partially refuse or cancel an order where there are concrete reasons, including:

failure to authorize or receive payment;

manifestly incorrect or incomplete data;

reasonable suspicion of fraud;

obvious errors relating to the price or published information;

subsequent unavailability of one or more products;

irregular use of promotions or discount codes;

If the order has already been paid for, the amounts relating to products not supplied will be refunded.
8. Product availability
The availability indicated on the website is kept as up to date as possible.
If a product is temporarily out of stock after receipt of the order, Laboratori Vonderweid will contact the customer.
Where possible, the company will wait for replenishment, which normally occurs within a short period.
The customer may be informed of the new estimated timeframe and may agree with Laboratori Vonderweid to wait, modify the order, or receive a refund for the unavailable products.
9. Payment methods
The available payment methods may include:

cash on delivery.
Payment through electronic instruments is normally processed when the order is concluded.
Bank transfer
In the case of payment by bank transfer, preparation and shipment begin after the amount has actually been credited to Laboratori Vonderweid's account.
These Terms do not provide for a fixed period within which the bank transfer must be credited.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery entails a surcharge of 3.00 euros, clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.
10. Telephone and e-mail orders
Laboratori Vonderweid also accepts orders placed by telephone or sent by e-mail.
Unless otherwise agreed, such orders are paid by advance bank transfer and are prepared after the funds have actually been credited.
11. Charges and invoicing
For purchases made by private customers, Laboratori Vonderweid records the sale consideration in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
An invoice is issued upon request.
The invoice request and all necessary tax details must be provided at the time of the order.
Issuing an invoice cannot be guaranteed when it is requested after the order has been fulfilled.
12. Cancellation requested by the customer
The customer may request cancellation of the order until preparation or shipment has already begun in a manner that makes it impossible to stop it.
Laboratori Vonderweid will make all reasonable efforts to stop its fulfillment.
When the order has already been handed over to the carrier, the rules concerning the right of withdrawal and the return of products shall apply, where applicable.
13. Shipping
The methods, costs, and estimated preparation and delivery times are described on the Shipping page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The carrier is selected by Laboratori Vonderweid based on the destination, the type of products, and the characteristics of the shipment.
14. International sales
Laboratori Vonderweid ships to the international destinations available during checkout.
The ability to ship certain products may depend on applicable regulations, customs restrictions, import conditions, or transport methods in the destination country.
If, after receipt of the order, it becomes impossible to regularly ship one or more products, the customer will be informed and Laboratori Vonderweid may proceed with the full or partial cancellation of the order and the related refund.
15. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases and according to the procedures provided for by applicable law.

16. Legal guarantee and non-conformity
Products purchased by consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by applicable law.
In the event of damaged, deteriorated, defective or non-conforming products, the customer is invited to contact Laboratori Vonderweid, providing the information necessary to assess the issue.
These Conditions do not limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers.
17. Storage and proper use of the products
The customer is required to comply with the instructions for use and storage and the warnings stated on the product packaging.
Laboratori Vonderweid shall not be liable for alterations or damage resulting from manifestly inadequate storage, improper use or failure to comply with the instructions provided, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of law.
18. Delays and external circumstances
Laboratori Vonderweid will do everything reasonably possible to comply with the indicated preparation and delivery times.
Any delays due to couriers, weather conditions, customs controls, strikes, public holidays, closures, exceptional events or other circumstances not reasonably controllable by the company shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
19. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by Italian law.
If the purchaser is a consumer residing in another country, the application of any mandatory protective provisions provided for by the applicable legislation shall remain unaffected.
For disputes with a consumer, the court provided for by the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable shall have jurisdiction.
For purchases made by professional parties, specific conditions may be agreed separately.

21. Amendments to the Conditions
Laboratori Vonderweid may periodically update these Conditions to adapt them to regulatory, organizational, technical or commercial changes.
The Conditions in force at the time the purchase is made shall apply to the order.
